Daytime worries too. What can you do but try not to worry and think positively. ^^;
The stress is through the roof because of long term projects, papers, and grades. I wish I could hit pause and stop to breathe…
I feel like a lot of our stress comes from things that may seem important at the time, but really aren’t a year down the road.
How do you feel today?
I’m a mix of tired and sick, but hopefully I’ll be able to finish a lot of things this weekend (always optimistic… I’ll tell you how it goes Sunday night, haha).

If you stand back and look at the big picture, sometimes the things you’re worrying about aren’t really that important after all.
It’s not that easy, but a lot of stress can be controlled by changing your situation or how you react to it. ^^ I get stressed out because I worry too much, so I’m trying to stay positive and believe in good outcomes.
